Returns & Warranty

At Presence, we strive to make your well-being journey the best that it can be. As part of that, we want to make sure that you have a great working product and a fast and easy return process.

Before you return your order:

Please get in touch with us first so we can better help you. If there is an issue with the product, or you just want to return it, we will help make the process easy. 

How to return your order:

In order to return your order it must be within 60-Days of delivery.

The return will only be accepted in its original packaging with all parts and accessories in like-new condition. If the product arrives damaged, is not in good working condition, or without all parts and accessories, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund.

For U.S. Customers:

    1. We will provide you a free return label upon request for a faster refund and an easy way to track your return.
    2. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for a return or is defective. This may take up to one week. 

For International Customers:

    1. We accept returns, however shipping costs are not included.
    2. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for a return or is defective. This may take up to one week. 

Please allow at least 1 week for us to process your refund.  

Warranty/Exchanges:

If the product is defective, we offer a 1 year warranty and will help provide a replacement and shipping in the U.S. free of charge. For international customers we provide a free replacement, however shipping costs are not included.
